This presentation covers the Principles for Calculating Pension Loss in the Employment Tribunal which was published in 2017. It will include discussion of why it was thought necessary to produce the document; details of the consultation process; an explanation of the content of the Principles document and how to use it; and information about ongoing work to update it.
