Strikes (Minimum Service Levels) Act 2023: can the new authoritarianism in UK strike law be challenged under international labour and human rights law?

Dr Ioannis Katsaroumpas (Lecturer in Employment Law, University of Sussex) will discuss his recent work on the compatibility of the Strikes (Minimum Service Levels) Act 2023 with international labour and human rights law with Professor Alan Bogg (Professor of Labour Law, University of Bristol and Barrister, Old Square Chambers).

This meeting will be held on Thursday 18 January 2024 at 6pm in the Council Chamber at The Law Society, 113 Chancery Lane, London, WC2A 1PL. It will conclude at about 7.30pm and will be followed by a drinks reception for those attending in person. It will also be streamed live, although it will NOT be recorded.
