Changes to format of the Conference
In an effort to allow more free time for delegates on Saturday afternoon and to encourage participants to stay for the whole day, this year refreshment breaks will be slightly shorter and all workshop sessions will take place on Saturday afternoon instead of either side of lunch. Please note that as in previous years delegates will be able to attend two out of the three workshops.  Each session is limited in numbers and you are asked to indicate your preferences when booking.

Car-parking
Please note unless you have previously booked a car parking space you should not bring your car to St Catherine’s as all other car parking spaces have now been allocated.  The nearest pay & display car-park is located off the plain in Oxford, near Magdalen Bridge at the bottom of High Street.  However if you require a space due to disability reasons please contact the Society's co-ordinator.
