Employment lawyers are less inclined to rely on claims based on fiduciary duties in the workplace, and when used are often misunderstood. Ed Beever brings his practical experience of employment litigation in discussing when a fiduciary duty arises; how long it lasts and what liabilities can arise.

All Nottingham evening meetings will take place at the offices of Gateley Plc, Park View House, 58 The Ropewalk, Nottingham, NG1 5DW at 6.30pm, finishing after Q&A at about 8pm. Refreshments will be served from 6pm onwards.

Gateley Plc have most kindly agreed to host the Society's meetings in Nottingham for free and therefore the sessions will be free of charge and open to both members and non-members of the Society accordingly.
