Summer 2013 saw the biggest shake up to whistleblowing legislation in its history. Caspar analyses the changes, predicts how the courts will approach them and then turns to practical advice for both Claimants and Respondents as to how to fight and win whistleblowing cases under the new law.

Non-members are however required to book in advance and pay a nominal fee of £10 (reduced to £5 for trainee solicitors, voluntary sector workers, pupil barristers and unwaged).
